防爆箱线路应当在爆炸危险性较小或距离释放源较远的位置。电气线路宜沿有爆炸危险的建筑物的外墙敷设;当爆炸危险气体或蒸气比空气重时,电气线路应在高处敷设,电缆则直接埋地敷设或电缆沟充砂敷设;当爆炸危险气体或蒸气比空气轻时,电气线路宜敷设在低处,电缆则采取电缆沟敷设。10kV及 10kV以下的架空线路不得跨越爆炸危险环境;当架空线路与爆炸危险环境邻近时,其间距离不得小于杆塔高度的1.5倍。
配线方式和接线方式。爆炸危险环境主要采用防爆钢管配线和电缆配线。尽量采用厚壁管,有的可能要做打压试验
